nOCD is a smartphone app bringing technology into OCD treatment. nOCD is a fairly new tool created by OCD patients for OCD patients. I had a chance to demo it recently and think it could be useful in helping those with OCD plan out hierarchies, perform exposures therapy and stay on top of their OCD.
